Ihits Softwares and Ihits Technologies (P) Ltd are the IT companies promoted by Joshy Cyriac, an IT entrepreneur, dwelling in software development and product engineering space for the last decade.
Over the last few years the organisation had completely mastered the domain expertise on ERP and HR Management and went into product development rather than project oriented. The company today boasts of blue chip corporate such as VGuard, Abad , Eastern, Malabar Gold, Asianet, Indus Motors, CGH Earth, Rajagiri Hospitals, Popular Automobiles, PCS Technology etc. as valuable clients.
Hailing from a reputed family of Cherthala, Alleppey District, and Joshy Cyriac did his graduation in commerce in 90s and completely CA inter when he got fascinated by the emerging Software Development industry and he left his studies to become an entrepreneur. His entrepreneur brother, an IIT Post Graduate, was already running an Optomechanical product company by name Holmarc and together they started “Holsoft Systems”. Joshy later started afresh as ‘Ihits Softwares’. Whereas many IT companies in India were concentrating on software coding projects, Joshy Cyriac found potential for software products and systematically plunged into product engineering. The result is “Decisions Plus ERP’ and ‘Decisions Plus HRMS’ as a substitute for the famous but expensive solutions from SAP, Microsoft and Oracle.
