Ms. Parveen Hafeez, started her business / entrepreneurship career in the year 1996. Today, she is running one of the best- known multi-specialty hospitals in Kerala, having built it by solid management techniques in the capacity as its Managing Director of Sunrise Hospital at Kakkanad, Kochi and having branches at Dubai, Bombay, Delhi, Palarivattom-Cochin, Kanghangad and Changaramkulam.
The Sunrise Hospitals Group has state – of – the art facilities and equipments with all super specialty departments catering to meet patient’s needs under one roof. She plays a pivotal role in organizing the surgery camps absolutely free for economically weaker sections of the people from the day of its inception in the year 2005. She is also the Chief Coordinator for Centre for Advanced Gynec Endoscopy recognized by FOGSI (Federation of Gynecological Societies of India) and the Centre has trained more than 2000 doctors from all over the world in the areas of laparoscopy and modern gynecology in the short span of 17 years. She is also the Managing Director of Medlace Disposables-A surgical equipments dealer company with network across India and abroad. She is also the Managing Director of IWARE Solutions – A software Development Company based at Infopark, Kochi and Dubai dealing in Hospital Management & Print Management solutions professionally. Her spouse is Dr. Hafeez Rahman Padiyath – a leading renowned laparoscopic surgeon, who performed more than 50,000 key-hole surgeries in the world. She was the Founder Chairperson of Ladies Forum of Kerala Chamber of Commerce & Industry to motivate Women Entrepreneurs in the State of Kerala. She is the Executive committee Member of Kerala Management Association and also in the Advisory Board of Kerala Financial Corporation.
She bagged Lions Women Icon 2011 award from Lions Club International, Trivandrum for her meritorious contribution and pioneering steps to promote women participation in business scenario. She participate numerous seminars as Speaker / Faculty on leading forums to motivate the younger generation for self-employment opportunities for women and initiating network and knowledge sharing on business among women entrepreneurism the State of Kerala.
